Meet The Team

 Noel Henry Reese, Founder, Manager, and President of Tri-Force Exploration, L.L.C. received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1991 and his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994.  He founded Tri-Force Exploration, L.L.C. in 2009 to pursue exploration opportunities in his home county of Gonzales and beyond.  Reese and his family have been in the region for generations with experience in ranching, oil & gas development, and real estate.  Reese has extensive knowledge in the formation and development of businesses.  He is the senior partner at Reese, Escobar, Valis & Symms, L.L.P. and has been practicing attorney since 1995.
 

 Timothy Swearingen obtained his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1976 and his M.S. from the University of Texas-Austin in 1981.  Swearingen is a Certified Professional Geoscientist, #6318.  He has 35 years corporate experience in the domestic and international oil and gas industry, with specific focus in Resource Plays including the Bakken, Barnett, Niobrara, and Eagleford plays.  He was the lead Geophysicist for Exxon Ventures CIS from 1981 to 1996, Chief Geophysicist for Forest International from 1998 to 2004 and Geological and Geophysics Manager for Forest Oil Alaska from 2004 to 2006.  He has been a Geophysical Consultant since 2006 focusing on fracture and curvature attributes for fractured shale plays, new shale play development, assessment, company reserve bookings, market and regulatory reports.
